Daisy's New Boots

It has been so cold that Daisy could hardly walk outside without her little paws freezing. So, we decided to get her some new boots for Christmas. She was not quite sure what to think of them. . .

The Christmas Tour

Our first Christmas together as a married couple. We celebrated at home as a family before beginning our 5 day "tour".

First stop, the Johnson home for Christmas Eve.

Then to Jer & Casey's for Christmas brunch with Mom.

The final stop, the Elarton home in Fayette.

We had a great time with the fam, but it is good to be home :)

Slumber Party

Mom and Dad Elarton, Shelly and Lisa came to vist last weekend for a girls shopping bananza. We spent most of the day out on Saturday and had so much fun we did not end up eating dinner until almost 10:00 pm. The poor guys were starving (and sleeping) when we got home :)Daisy had a great time hanging with the ladies.

Just Can't Seem to Find the Right Spot. . .

Thanksgiving in Nashville

The Elarton family went on a road trip to Nashville to visit Aunt Barb and Aunt Bev for Thanksgiving. It was about a 9 hour ride, which was Daisy's longest ever :) We stopped overnight on the way down and way back to break up the day. It was a fun fam road trip! Daisy was spoiled by Aunt Barb. New toys, treats and all the attention!
Here is Daisy trying to join us for a game of "31".Aunt Bev took us to Andrew Jackson's Hermitage Estate for a little Nashville culture. It was amazing. We walked through the home which was over 170 years old but still had 90% of the original furnishings. We also walked around the 1000 sq ft property where they still had a cotton farm growing. Ryan, looking cool, drivng in his new ride.Daisy was so good in the car and slept most of the way in her back seat.
"Are we there yet?"
