Ryan's parents came to visit this weekend. We went to a Tiger/Sox game Saturday night and saw the fireworks. Here we are drinking our morning "coffee" which is actually Diet Pepsi (Ryan's mom can't live without it =)) We ended up having to keep Daisy on a tight leash because she took a big leap off the deck right into the flower garden and had a field day.
Ryan and I bottling our Succo di Goot - Italian Brunello vintage 2008. This was a birthday present from Ryan. We selected the grapes which were fermented for over 8 weeks in this barrel. We designed our own labels using a photo from our honeymoon in Jamaica.
We drove down to Indiana for the weekend to the Elarton/Harper annual trip to the lake. Daisy slept during most the car ride and loved all the extra attention from all the family.
Our little bundle of joy. Miss Daisy Mae Elarton is a little over 3 months old. We took her to the vet on Monday and she already weighs 21 lbs! She is quite the handful, but who can resist those puppy dog eyes. . .
Ryan and I were married on March 15, 2008. We both turned 30 this year, yikes=,) and are loving life. Ryan is an EMU graduate, but HUGE Ohio State fan. I, of course, am an MSU Spartan. We both work in insurance, which is where we actually met. We have large extended families and friends that we love spending time with. The newest edition to our home is our baby, Daisy Mae. She is the star of the show. Check in often to see what is happening out in our neck of the woods.
